Young Leader Conference

The cultivation of young talents is the foundation for the future development of display technologies. Universities and enterprises have gathered a large number of young scientific and technological talents, who are also regarded as one of the main driving forces for breakthroughs in core technologies. Cultivating young talents is not only to meet current technological demands, but also to ensure the sustainable development of future technologies and innovations.

The SID China Display Future Stars Committee and the Korean Information Display Society (KIDS) will jointly host the Young Leader Conference. The conference will be held during the 2026 International Conference on Display Technology (ICDT) in China. Young scientists recommended respectively by the Chinese and Korean sides will participate in the conference and present their research achievements, promoting exchanges between young scientists from China and Korea.

This year, the Young Leader Conference is planned to consist of 1–2 sessions, featuring on-site presentations by 2–4 young scientists recommended by the Korean side and 3–6 young scientists recommended by the Chinese side.
