 ICDT 2026 Poster Session The Poster Session is an integral part of the conference’s academic program, showcasing research achievements and technological advancements across diverse fields. This year, the conference further strengthens the interactive dimension of the Poster Session by inviting experts from relevant areas to engage in on-site discussions, fostering in-depth, face-to-face academic exchange. Dedicated awards have been established for poster presenters, with evaluation based on the quality of presentation, on-site interaction, and audience voting. We warmly invite all participating experts and attendees to visit the Poster Session, engage in discussions, and take part in the voting process, contributing to a dynamic and high-quality academic exchange environment. Academic Exchange · Expert Interaction · On-site Voting Information for Poster Presenters Upon arrival at the venue, Poster Presenters should proceed to the Registration Desk to print and collect their name badge. According to the schedule of their respective technical field, presenters are required to bring their poster to the Poster Session Area for display. The poster size should be 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height). Poster Presenters should go to the Poster Session Area before the designated posting time and scan their badge with the volunteer to complete check in. During the Expert Exchange Session, presenters are expected to remain at their poster for presentation and discussion. Information for Attendees All Attendees are welcome to visit the Poster Session Area during the ExpertExchange Session to interact with the authors.Registered Attendees may collect voting stickers at the Registration Desk. During the display period, Attendees may vote for posters by placing their stickers in the designated voting area below the posters they support (maximum 10 votes per person). Based on the voting results, the Organizing Committee will determine the Outstanding Presentation Award for Poster Paper. The award ceremony will take place at the Poster Stage at noon on April 3. You are warmly invited to attend. Some Poster Presenters have uploaded introduction videos in advance, which may be accessed by scanning the QR codes in the Poster Session Area. ICDT2026 Poster Area brings together research achievements and technological developments from a wide range of fields. To further encourage in-depth academic interaction, we sincerely invite experts to visit the Poster Area during the designated exchange sessions to engage in discussions with Poster authors. Your participation will provide valuable perspectives for researchers and contribute to a richer academic exchange atmosphere at the conference.
