Reception Information from ICDT Organizer ICDT Organizing Committee sets up reception desks at Hefei Xinqiao International Airport, Hefei Railway Station, and Hefei South Railway Station. The buses will pick up guests who gather in reception desk and then head for the conference venue. Locationof reception desk: 1. Hefei Xinqiao International Airport: ICDT staff will hold signs to greet guests at the exit of domestic flight arrival and the exit of international flight arrival. they will guide you the way to get on the bus. (The path to the bus stop: exit from Gate 3 ofthe arrival hall on the first floor, cross two zebra crossings to the groundlevel public parking lot and turn left 400 meters) 2. Hefei Railway Station: walk alongthe direction of "South Square" in Hefei Railway Station, the ICDT staff will greet guests with signs at the south exit and then guide you the wayto get on the bus. (The bus stops at the ground parking lot at the intersection of Shengli Road and Zhanqian Road in Yaohai District, Hefei City. If exiting from the basement floor, you need to get on the ground and walk 350 meters inthe opposite direction of the bus parking lot.) 3. Hefei South Railway Station:ICDT staff will hold signs to greet guests and then guide you the way to get onthe bus. (The bus stops at the P4 parking lot of Hefei South Railway Station.)
