Short courses generally cover system-level technical topics, ranging from fundamental knowledge and technological processes to fabrication and product-making. They provide a comprehensive thematic introduction designed to broaden participants’ technical horizons into new fields. Each short course lasts three hours.

Seminars dissect trending new technology areas down to their fundamental principles. They offer in-depth technical guidance for engineers, scientists, designers, administrators, OEM/ODM professionals, suppliers, educators, and students who are eager to expand their knowledge into emerging technology domains. Each technical seminar lasts 1.5 hours.

Micro/Mini LED displays are an important choice for next-generation mainstream display technologies. Their display technology is a highly complex system involving five major components: substrate, epitaxy and chip fabrication; full-color or color-conversion methods (R/G/B or quantum-dot excitation); mass transfer and bonding with the driving backplane; seamless tiling and low-power driving; as well as inspection and repair.

Industrialization places new technical specifications and requirements on every stage of the process, and many technical challenges have yet to be fully resolved, with multiple development pathways currently progressing in parallel.

The Poster Session is a section for papers that have been accepted as poster presentations following review by the ICDT Technical Committee members. During the conference, a half-day session is dedicated to poster presentations, where authors explain the technical highlights of their papers to attendees on-site.

AI Facilitates Display Material Development, Big Data Collection and AI Optimization in Display Manufacturing, AI Enhances Display Screen Video Quality, Deep Learning of Human-Computer Interaction Big Data, AI Application Scenarios in Display Applications, and the Integration of Large Models with Display Technology. This forum will introduce the application of artificial intelligence in imaging and display, as well as how AI empowers imaging and display.

This forum will organize special technical discussions on human factors and visual health among display system and application integrators, panel manufacturers, and experts in the medical field. The content will cover topics such as display parameters and human visual perception, prediction models for display-related visual fatigue, display and perceived brightness, the impact of display content production on visual fatigue and dizziness, and human factors in novel display technologies.

This forum, themed "Display Empowers the Metaverse," will cover a wide range of topics such as motion capture, scene reproduction, perception technology, virtual scene construction, interactive content creation, cinematic game production, AR/VR/MR displays, true 3D light field displays, interactive 3D image displays, interactive 3D image compression formats, transmission protocols and communication methods, as well as interactive rich media operating system technologies.

This forum will bring together outstanding female representatives from industry, academia, and other fields. Through speeches and panel discussions, it will highlight the remarkable contributions of women in technological innovation, industrial development, and leadership. The event will explore the diverse innovative forces in technology and the display industry, as well as how women can lead change in the fields of display and interactive technologies in the new era. Topics will include breakthroughs and decision-making paths of women leaders in high-tech fields, the female perspective in the integration of research and industry, how female thinking drives product innovation in display technology, balancing career and family challenges, opportunities for women in emerging fields, and messages and prospects for the future of women in scientific research. The forum aims to showcase the unique wisdom of "her power" in technological innovation.

Under the theme "Low-Carbon Driving the Future of Display," the forum will delve into how to achieve low-carbon and sustainable development across various aspects of display technology, including material research and development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management. The forum will focus on topics such as carbon emission monitoring and calculation standards, research and application of low-carbon materials, carbon footprint optimization in production processes, green collaborative innovation in the supply chain, low-energy display technologies, and recycling, aiming to drive the low-carbon transformation and green transition of the display industry.
