Lei YingLei Ying has received his PhD degree from South China University of Technology (SCUT) in 2009, then he joined Mitsubishi Chemical - Center for Advanced Materials in University of California Santa Barbara as a post-doc fellow. In 2013, he joined State Key Laboratory of Luminescent Materials and Devices in SCUT as an associate professor and was promoted to full professor in 2017. His research interests included developing new semiconducting materials for the applications in organic electronic devices such as OLED, organic photodectors and solar cells. He has published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals including Nature Photonics, Nature Energy, Nature Photonics, and so forth, with over 12,000 citations and an h-factor of 51. He also has filed more than 100 patents in the research field of organic electronics. In 2019, he has started a company, Volt-Amp Optoelectronic Technology Company, Ltd. in Dongguan city, where he was devoted to providing high-performance organic optoelectronic materials to the community. |
