Xinxing Xia

Dr. Xinxing Xia is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Mechatronic Engineering and Automation at Shanghai University. Dr. Xia’s research focuses on VR/AR, near-eye displays, and 3D displays. He has published more than 30 research papers, and granted 19 Chinese invention patents and 3 US invention patents. He serves as the peer reviewer of Optics Letters, Optics Express, Applied Optics, and Displays. He also serves as the Publication Chair of the IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality (ISMAR 2020, 2022, and 2023). He was selected as the Young Leader by SID China at ICDT 2023.
