Xianzhe Liu

Xianzhe Liu received his MS and PhD degrees from South China University of Technology (SCUT).From 2019 to 2020, he worked as a visiting scholar at Tokyo Institute of Technology and developed oxide semiconductor material for oxide TFT with Prof. Hideo Hosono. Now, he is a lecturer at School of Applied Physics and Materials, Wuyi University. His current research interests include oxide semiconductor film, oxidedielectric film, oxide TFT and flexible sensing materials and devices. He has published more than 18 research papers and applied more than 10 patents.
