Dr. Shen Huaibin, Professor, doctoral tutor in HenanUniversity, the candidate of Excellent Youth Fund of National Foundation,academic and technical leader of Henan Provincial Department of Education,Henan Science and Technology Innovation Outstanding Youth, academic andtechnical leaders of the Henan Provincial Education Department. In 2011, hereceived his PhD degrees in Jilin University. He mainly focuses on the synthesis of II-VI quantum dotsand the application of optoelectronic devices based on quantum dots (such asQLEDs). Until now, he has published more than 150 SCI papers inNat. Photonics，Nat. Nanotechnol.，Nano Lett. and other journals, licensed 23 Chinese patents, and sponsored 7National Natural Science Foundation.
