Zhan Hongming

Zhan Hongming, Ph.D., professor level senior engineer, currently serves as a senior expert in research and development at BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. and an expert in the Beijing Senior Professional Title Evaluation Group. Joined BOE in 2005 and has been engaged in the design and development of LCD display panels. Dr. Zhan is one of the earliest R&D personnel engaged in TFT-LCD panel design at BOE. As the leader, he has developed over 50 products, over 40 important technologies, published more than 10 SCI papers, and applied for over 130 patents. As the project leader, I led the development of BOE's first large-size LCD TV product, which won the 2013 Beijing Science and Technology Award and was selected for the 2016 Beijing Science and Technology Rising Star Program.
