Qin Zong

Dr. Qin’s research interests mainly include VR/AR, vehicular display, LCDs, and applied vision. He has over 30 SCI-indexed papers published as first or corresponding authors, two book chapters, and more than 30 patents. He received four Distinguished (Student) Paper Awards from SID Display Week and five Distinguished (Student) Paper Awards from ICDT. He gave over 30 invited talks at SID, SPIE, IDW, ICDT, IMID, etc., including Seminars at SID’21 and SID'25. He serves as a technical committee member of SID, SID China, SPIE Photonics West, the Deputy Seminar Chair of SID Display Week, and an Associate Editor of the Journal of SID (JSID) and Journal of Information Display. He was awarded by SID China as the 2023 Outstanding Display Young Talent of the Year, by the Journal of SID as Best Associate Editor, and by Optica Publishing Group as Outstanding Reviewer.
