Bowen Zhu

Bowen Zhu received his B.S. degree in chemistry from Jilin University (China) in 2010. He obtained his PhD degree in materials science and engineering in 2016 from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His PhD research was focused on flexible pressure sensors and soft electronics. From 2016 to 2017, he was a postdoctoral scholar in Department of Materials Science and Engineering, UCLA. From 2017 to 2019, he worked at Department of Chemical Engineering at Monash University, Australia, as a Discovery Early Career Researcher Award (DECRA) fellow funded by Australian Research Council. He joined School of Engineering at Westlake University as an assistant professor (Principal Investigator), and started his independent research career from August 2019.
