Guanhua Yang（杨冠华）

GuanhuaYang received his B.S. degree in Microelectronics from Northwest University in2011 and his Master’s degree in Integrated Circuit Design from the Hong KongUniversity of Science and Technology in 2013. He then worked at Synopsys Inc.for two years, focusing on mixed-signal IC design. Afterwards, he pursued hisPh.D. at the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, andobtained his degree in 2019. In January 2022, he was promoted to AssociateProfessor. His current research interests include 3D DRAM based on oxidesemiconductors and its BEOL integration.
