Tianma, Director of R&D at the Micro LED Research Institute

Wu Tianyi currently serves as Director of R&D at the Micro LED Research Institute of Tianma. He has long been dedicated to R&D in display technologies, and has participated as a core member in multiple key scientific and technological projects supported by the company and national ministries. With more than 200 patents filed or granted, he has received numerous honors including the Gold Award for Youth Innovation of Aviation Industry Corporation, the Bronze Award for Youth Innovation of Central Enterprises, the Second Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Award for Technological Innovation, the First Prize of Pudong New Area Science and Technology Progress Award, and the title of Pearl Engineer of Pudong New Area. The Micro-LED samples developed by his team lead the industry in key performance indicators.
