Dr. Guowei Zha is currently the R & D Director of MLED at TCL CSOT. He has been long committed to the development and industrialization of new display technologies and has more than a decade of experience in the development of LCD display, Incell sensor integration, MiniLED backlight, and MicroLED display products. He has successively realized the first launch and mass - production transformation of many globally innovative technologies such as VR/MLED/system integration. He has presided over/participated in 5 national/provincial/municipal science and technology projects, published more than 40 papers in various journals and conferences, and obtained more than 100 authorized patents. He has won the Second Prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the title of Outstanding Young Talents in Hubei Province, the 3551 Optics Valley Outstanding Young Talents Program, and the SID China Outstanding Young Display Talent Award of the Year.
