The Industrialization and Future Challenges of COG Technology

As display technologies rapidly evolve, the development trends of COG Micro LED in four core application scenarios including Large Commercial Display, Automotive Display, Wearable Display, and Transparent Display have become increasingly clear. However, achieving large-scale commercial mass production requires the entire supply chain to overcome common technical challenges such as LED low-current consistency, large-panel TFT uniformity, larger-sized equipment and overall transfer costs.

To address these issues, we call on the industry to build consensus, focusing on and promoting AM (Active Matrix) driving technology. We are looking forward to breaking through technical barriers through substantial resource investment and in-depth industrial chain cooperation, so as to accelerate the overall industrialization process of Micro LED.
