Kim De Nolf is CEO of QustomDot, a deep-tech spin-off pioneering next-generation quantum dot (QD) inks for advanced display applications. In 2016, she obtained her PhD in the group of Prof. Zeger Hens at Ghent University, on the topic of quantum dot surface chemistry and synthesis mechanisms. She founded QustomDot in 2020 and has led the company’s strategic and technological vision since its inception.
