电子科技大学教授，国家级青年人才。主要研究领域为计算机视觉与人工智能，重点研究视觉信号增强、压缩与生成等底层视觉问题。在国际顶级会议和期刊（T-PAMI, IJCV, CVPR, ICCV, NIPS等）发表论文80余篇，谷歌学术的总引用次数19000余次，曾获得中国人工智能学会吴文俊人工智能奖自然科学一等奖（序3），北京市科学技术奖自然科学一等奖（序3）。2020-2022年主管OPPO芯片子公司多媒体AI算法部门，作为核心人员参与6纳米制程的影像外挂芯片与4纳米制程的手机系统级芯片项目。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金（海外）项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、四川省创新群体项目以及多项横向课题。

Shuhang Gu is a Professor at UESTC, specializing in low-level computer vision, specifically the enhancement, compression, and generation of visual signals. With over 80 publications in premier venues like T-PAMI and CVPR and over 19,000 Google Scholar citations, he is a highly influential figure in the AI community. Beyond academia, Prof. Gu has substantial industrial leadership experience; from 2020 to 2022, he led the Multimedia AI team at OPPO's chip subsidiary, contributing to the development of cutting-edge 6nm and 4nm chips. Currently, he leads multiple high-level research programs, including the NSFC Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) and various provincial innovation projects, bridging the gap between foundational AI research and large-scale industrial deployment.
